Klokwerks has partnered with The Pemberton Group to architect and install a technology-enabled sales center for their Time & Space condominium. The goal was to provide a unified experience across all digital platforms while accommodating the specialized needs of industry insiders. International brokers needed to present the property to remote clients, while sales executives desired an interactive experience to excite local buyers.
The solution was created on our ONE Squared sales application framework. We designed a multi-delivery solution that allowed us to maintain all assets on our CMS and deploy them to all digital platforms. The Pemberton App is available on the Google Play Store and iTunes, while the Time & Space showroom features an interactive variation on touch screen kiosks.
In addition to creating immersive experiences, the ONE Squared platform tracks and measures product engagement, providing brokers with real time insights. The Pemberton Group leveraged ONE Squared’s dynamic reporting functionality to sell over 1700 units in less than six months.
