The Pemberton App created for Touch Screen, iPad and Mobile devices, is an interactive sales tool created on our “ONE SQ” sales application platform. It allows industry insiders – Salespersons and Brokers – to show and share all the details about Pemberton's new and upcoming communities.

Utilizing Rich Media, 3D Animation, Video, Photos and Virtual Reality, prospective purchasers can explore the condo development to learn more about the project or email floorplans, renderings, videos, suite views, brochures, features and finishes, builder information, sales info in the form of a dynamic digital brochure “On The Fly” in real time.

This technology is essentially a complete Sales Centre in an App! It enables the salespeople and brokers to have instant access to the marketing support items they need to sell a condo. It gives the buying public an interactive experience and unified understanding of the projects and allows them to purchase with confidence.

The “ONE SQ” app is updated in real time dynamically and allows our clients to reports on activity. The ability to Present, Track, Measure and Manage allows our clients to have a clear view and understanding on all activities across all marketing efforts and assets.

Power of the Digital Sales Center

The Pemberton Group and Community engaged Klokwerks to architect and install a technology enabled sales presentation centre for the Time & Space Condo Project. The goal was to provide a unified experience on all digital platforms. The International brokers required the ability to present the condo to their clients on mobile devices and iPads. The sales executives required a touch screen application which allowed them to interactively illustrate the building and development to local brokers and prospective purchasers. Pemberton required that the community be available on their mobile app on iTunes and Google Play Store, so that the general public could be aware of the community.

The solutions was designed on our "ONE SQ" Sales Application framework. Working with the Community team we designed a multi-delivery solution which allowed us to maintain all assets on our CMS and deploy them to all digital delivery platforms.
