Artists' Alley Sells Out

Montana Steele engaged Klokwerks as their creative partner to bring to life a "Rich Media" suite of marketing and sales tools for Lanterra’s Artists' Alley Condominium.

Lanterra’s principals sought out stunning artwork to grace the walls of the showroom, collecting pieces from Andy Warhol, Julian Opie, and Damien Hirst. We designed and produced a film that chronicled their journey from New York City, to London, and back home to Toronto.

Klokwerks was tasked with the challenge of creating a living artwork, drawing inspiration from the curated pieces. We built a 23 ft x 15 ft video wall using 25 screens, which was navigated using an RF laser pointer mouse and powered by our ONE Squared Sales App Software. It provided the sales team with a large canvas to explore the film, as well as 3D Renderings, VR, Animation and full agency marketing collateral.

The mobile iPad Sales App mirrored the gallery's digital program and experiences, allowing brokers and purchasers to experience the property and other Lanterra communities anywhere in the world. Truly a sales center in a box solution.

Artists' Alley Sells Out

Lanterra has sold out all units in tower one of Artists’ Alley, following the launch of their interactive sales center. Nestled in the core of Toronto’s art community, by Ontario’s College of Art and Design, this condominium was marketed around a key branding point: Art Lives Here.
