Platinium Brokers attend the grand opening of Artists' Alley Condominium in Toronto. The gallery was developed to deliver engaging and captivating digital experiences.

The 25 screen interactive video wall is navigated using a RF laser pointer mouse. It provides the sales team with a large format canvas to explore the art journey film, 3D Renderings, VR, Animation and full agency marketing collateral.

The gallery touch screens powered by our "ONE SQ" Sales App software delivers an interactive sales program allowing the sales team or visitor to explore the building, neighbourhood, amenities, suite floor plans and finishes. The kiosks have the ability to favourite and save assets to be sent as a digital brochure on the fly email.

The mobile iPad Sales App mirrors the entire gallery digital programs and experiences. This allows brokers, agents and purchasers in general to experience the community and other Lanterra communities on our "ONE SQ" mobile app remotely anywhere in the world. Truly a sales centre in a box solution

Artists' Alley Digital Sales Tools

Montana Steele in Toronto engaged Klokwerks as their creative partners to bring to life a "Rich Media" suite of marketing and sales tools for Artists' Alley Condominium. Based on the branding points that "Art Lives Here" and "it's all about the art of living".

Klokwerks designed and produced a film that chronicled the Lanterra principals journey to NYC and London searching for artwork to grace the condo. An Interactive 25 screen video wall and a mobile iPad Sales Application and Touch Screen App.
